Delivery Information for the UK

Our goal is to ship orders within 24 hours upon receipt of payment. We provide delivery options through Royal Mail, Parcel Force, and DPD. Please note that any indicated delivery timeframe reflects our aim, not a guarantee, both from us and our shipping partners. While guaranteed services ensure delivery, it's crucial to place orders within the specified timescale to utilise these services.

PLEASE NOTE: If non-personalised and personalised items are on the same order they are shipped from two locations and shipping is charged separately for each and added together

*. Kindly be advised that if you are unavailable at the time of delivery for Guaranteed Next Day delivery and the parcel is consequently returned to us, we will not refund the postage
** Exceptions apply for Bank Holidays: If a Bank Holiday falls on a Friday, orders for Next Day Saturday delivery must be placed before 12 noon on Thursday.

General Posting 

Orders must be received by 12 noon.  If you miss the deadline please call us on 07710 607007 as we may still be able to despatch it.  

1.  Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday and at the weekend will not arrive until the following Tuesday with the exception of Bank Holidays and then the order will be delivered on a Wednesday.  Please note these are not guaranteed services. 
3. If non-personalised and personalised items are on the same order they are shipped from two locations and shipping is charged separately for each and added together
4. Personalised products are NOT eligible for Next Day Delivery, if you choose this option we will send it Next Day but this will not reduce the lead time just the delivery time.
