Payment & Security
Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
We will refund or replace any items that you are not completely satisfied with, within 14 days of receipt. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt and contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org. In the event of damage caused by shipping, the delivery company may require an inspection, so please retain all packing materials.
Returned merchandise must be in the condition sold with original packaging and any tags intact. Goods must be unused, unopened, in perfect condition and remain in a re-saleable condition. We regret that we cannot accept returns for goods that are not in perfect condition. We cannot accept the return of items which have been dismantled, used or soiled. Please make sure that your return is well packed (use the packaging the products were sent in if possible). We will not be liable for the cost of shipping/handling returned goods, except where the goods are faulty. Shipping charges are not refundable except where the goods are faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
PLEASE NOTE: we do not offer refunds on Personalised Products unless there has been an error on our part, or the item you purchased is defective, we cannot accept Returns on ‘Personalised’ items, as these cannot be sold to anyone else.
Once an order has been placed it can only be cancelled if done immediately. If you make a mistake on the order please contact us and we will always try and stop the order, but this may not always be possible. So please double check everything when ordering a personalised gift.
HOW DO I RETURN A FAULTY ITEM?
Should you be sent a faulty item, we will of course reimburse you fully. Please send an email request to email@example.com with the words FAULTY RETURN in the subject line. We will then send you a link for our Royal Mail Tracked Return service. Simply follow the link and print your label. Then take your parcel to your local Post Office.
HOW DO I RETURN AN UNWANTED ITEM?
If you wish to return an unwanted item, please send an email request to firstname.lastname@example.org with the words UNWANTED RETURN in the subject line. We will then send you a link for our Royal Mail Tracked Return service. Simply follow the link and print your label. Then take your parcel to your local Post Office. The cost of this service is £3.50 and will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively you can choose to send back the item using your own tracked courier or Royal Mail.
IS THERE A CHARGE TO MAKE A RETURN?
We do not offer free returns, however we do have several ways for you to return your item to us. We have negotiated a very competitive rate with Royal Mail Tracked Returns. This allows us to offer an affordable returns service for all of our customers which includes tracking and insurance. The cost is £3.50.
