Delivery Information for the UK
Our goal is to ship orders within 48 hours upon receipt of payment. We provide delivery options through Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD. Please note that any indicated delivery timeframe reflects our aim, not a guarantee, both from us and our shipping partners.
- Kindly be advised if you're unavailable during the delivery attempt and then fail to collect your parcel from your local post point, resulting in its return to us, please note that postage costs will not be refunded.
- If non-personalised and personalised items are on the same order they are shipped from two locations and shipping is charged separately for each and added together
- If your order has NOT arrived this must be reported to us within 10 days of placing your order , so that we can investigate.
