Delivery Information for the UK
We aim to despatch orders within 24 hours once we have received payment. We offer Standard and Next Day Delivery.
If a delivery timeframe is offered, please be aware this is our aim and not a guarantee from our shipping partners.
PLEASE NOTE: If non-personalised and personalised items are on the same order they are shipped from two locations and shipping is charged separately for each and added together

Next Day Delivery
Orders must be received by 10.30 Monday to Friday. If you miss the deadline please call us on 07719622203 as we may still be able to despatch it.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. Personalised products are NOT eligible for Next Day Delivery, if you choose this option we will send it Next Day but this will not reduce the lead time just the delivery time.
2. Next Day Delivery - Orders placed after 10.30am on Friday and at the weekend will not arrive until the following Tuesday with the exception of Bank Holidays and then the order will be delivered on a Wednesday.
